Solan: Arun Kumar, a Ph.D. student from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shoolini University won the American Chemical Society (ACS) Medicinal Chemistry best poster in National Symposium RABMC-2024 (Recent Advances in Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry).
It was organised at Panjab University by eight premier institute of CRICK NIPER, IISER, PEC, IIT Ropar, IMTECH, INST, Panjab University and CIAB. He was also awarded a cash prize at the symposium.
Arun Kumar is pursuing his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Deepak Kumar, at Shoolini University and he is working in heterocyclic compounds for the drug discovery in cancer therapy.
Chancellor Prof. P.K Khosla and Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla extended congratulations to both Arun and his supervisor for their outstanding achievement.
