Shimla – APG Shimla University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Legal Olympiad Pvt. Ltd. in a new partnership aimed at promoting competitive legal education. The collaboration, signed at the university campus, will focus on helping students participate in the upcoming External Law Olympiad Examination.

According to the agreement, Legal Olympiad will manage the official exam platform, evaluation, certification, and national rankings. APG Shimla University will be responsible for student outreach, registration, mentoring sessions, and handling logistics for any offline or hybrid examinations.
The MoU also specifies that all exam content will remain the intellectual property of Legal Olympiad, and both parties must maintain strict confidentiality regarding student data and exam materials.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Vineet Sharma, Founder of Legal Olympiad Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. R.L. Sharma, Registrar of APG Shimla University. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Rajinder Chauhan, Dean Academics Prof. Anand Mohan, and Dean Student Welfare Dr. Neelam Sharma were also present.
This partnership is set for one year and can be renewed with mutual consent. It is expected to provide students with a national platform to enhance their legal knowledge and skills.
