The workshop marks a significant partnership between a leading private university and a premier government institution, aimed at equipping students with essential communication and leadership skills for success beyond the classroom. Students and faculty engaged in interactive sessions on authentic communication, body language, storytelling, active listening, and self-reflection.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. P.K. Khosla said, “The two universities are aligned in their vision for student success. Together, we must build resources and skills that empower young learners to thrive as professionals as well as compassionate human beings.”
The workshop was conducted under the framework of Shoolini University’s flagship SPRINT programme. Designed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla as a “mini-MBA” for every student, SPRINT has grown into a unique movement to enhance real-world readiness, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Over 300 SPRINTs have already been conducted across various departments.
Highlighting the milestone, Dr. Ashoo Khosla, Chief Learning Officer at Shoolini University, said, “This 310th SPRINT is a proud achievement, as for the first time we included students from Nauni University, expanding the spirit of collaboration and learning.”
