Solan: The Yogananda School of AI, Computers and Data Sciences, in collaboration with ByteXL, organised an engaging and practical workshop titled “Build, Create and Automate A Practical Workshop on Generative AI”.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Shamneesh Sharma from ByteXL, who delivered an insightful session on the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI and automation. He introduced students to a range of advanced AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Notebook LM, Zapier and n8n. Through live demonstrations and practical exercises, participants learned how to convert ideas into intelligent solutions, prompts into productivity, and concepts into automated workflows.
The session witnessed participation from students across disciplines, making it highly interactive and engaging. Participants gained hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI-powered research, content generation, and workflow automation. The workshop also highlighted real-world applications of Generative AI in business, media, research, and data management.
Head of the Yogananda School of AI, Computers, and Data Sciences, Dr. Pankaj Vaidya said that such industry-oriented workshops help bridge the gap between academic learning and professional requirements. The programme provided students with valuable exposure to emerging technologies and prepared them to explore career opportunities in the fast-growing domain of Artificial Intelligence.
